Digital materials such as marketing creatives, enrollment forms, training guides, and promotional content will be shared via secured links, email, or partner portals within a few working days of confirmation. You are encouraged to download and store these files responsibly.

If your franchise kit includes printed items such as banners, certificates, or booklets, dispatch will be arranged within a reasonable time frame after your onboarding is complete. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.

We are not liable for delays caused by external logistic providers, but we will do our best to ensure timely and safe delivery of all promised materials.
