STEP BY STEP GUIDE
For all admissions, including ‘out-station’ students, are send mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or visit to SVEA office. After taking details about the relevant course and understanding the payment options, the Student making payment in the following modes:
4. Bank Deposit in SVEA accounts across India.
Note: Make sure you have collected the fee receipt of SVEA after making the payment.
STEP 2) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Along with the SVEA Admission Form, the student is required to submit the following:
Photocopy of Eligibility Documents like Last Qualified Examination Mark list.
Photocopy of Photo Identity like 1.Driving License,
2.P AN Card,
4.Passport, etc. 3 (Three) Passport Size Photos. Work Experience Letter, if applicable.
STEP 3) ISSUE OF STUDENT ID AND ADMISSION/WELCOME LETTER:
Once the above two steps are completed, the Admissions department of AIM will release and issue the Student ID Card and Admission/Welcome letter. It is mandatory to keep the following documents safe till the completion of your course:

Note: Any change/correction in the Contact Details or Specialization (if applicable) must be intimated to the Admissions Department within 30 days of taking admission into the course. Any request received after 30 days of admission, will be entertained only if it is submitted with a DD of Rs. 1000/-only, in favor of “Swami Vivekanand Education Academy, Nagpur
STEP 4) ISSUE OF ONLINE STUDY MATERIAL
After admission students get enrollment no and they can logn in
they can immediately download Study Material as per their course. Students are advised to download the material and start self study immediately
STEP 5) EXAMINATION
The Examination request can be given in the following months only, and between the given dates:
January 1st - 15th
April 1st - 15th
July 1st - 15th
October 1st - 15th
We can send examination papers by mail to each student ,the papers will send sesion wise on student Email Ids and between the given dates:
January 21st – 31st
April 21st – 30th
July 21st – 31st
October 21st – 30th
The student must download the question papers and print the same between the above given dates. The hand written Answer Sheets must be Submitted via courier(NOTE: Please retain a Photo-Copy of the answer sheets with you.)
For students of MBA 4th Semester examination:
Please select a topic on any one of your selected specializations and prepare a project report on the same as advised by the Exam Department.

Each Paper will consist of 35 Multiple Choice Questions bearing 2 marks each (35*2=70 marks) and Internal Assignment Paper of 30 Marks bringing the total marks for each paper to 100.
The Results for the Examination will be send in the Student mail,on the following dates:
March 10th (Or the next working day)
June 10th (Or the next working day)
September 10th (Or the next working day)
December 10th (Or the next working day)
In case of any concern with the result obtained, Swami Vivekanand Exam Dept. will consider the requests for Re-Evaluation and Re-Examination on submission of a DD for Rs. 1000/- only, in favor of “Swami Vivekanand Education Academyt, Nagpur”.
The Re-Evaluation form is available on the Swami Vivekanand website. The Swami Vivekanand Exam Dept. will consider the requests for the same only in the following months and given dates subject to receipt of re-evaluation fees.
